Most chatbots exist so that fewer people email support, and users can tell. We build the other kind. Ours answer from your real documentation, connect to your real systems, and are measured against your own definition of a correct answer.
What we build
Customer support assistants. They answer from your help centre, your policies and your product data, with citations where it matters. When confidence drops they hand off to a person, with the full conversation attached so the customer never repeats themselves.
Product assistants. An assistant inside your app that handles onboarding, the “how do I” questions, settings, and questions about the user’s own data. It makes the product feel like it has a manual nobody has to read.
Internal helpdesks. HR, IT and operations questions, answered from the policy documents your team never opens until they need them.
Bots that act. Checking an order, moving a delivery, filing a ticket, each with explicit permissions and a log. When a conversation needs several steps across systems, that becomes an agent, and we build those too.
Why grounding matters
A bot that answers from the model’s general training is a liability with your logo on it. Ours answer through retrieval over your own content, the approach we explain here. The answers reflect what your business says and does. Update a document and the next answer updates with it. No retraining, and no quote from last year’s pricing page.
How we measure it
Before launch we build a test set from your real queries: the common ones, the odd ones and the hostile ones. Every change to the bot has to pass it. You get a number for accuracy and a number for hallucination rate, dashboards for resolution and escalation once it is live, and a feedback loop that turns bad answers into next week’s fixes. “It seems fine” is not a launch criterion.
The build
Weeks 1 to 2: audit the knowledge sources and build the retrieval pipeline. Weeks 3 to 5: conversation design, guardrails, integrations and the test suite. Weeks 6 to 8: staged rollout, internal first, then a slice of traffic, then everyone, with escalation tested under real load.
For budgets, see what a chatbot costs. Ongoing inference for most support bots is modest, and we monitor it from day one.
