Start with your best examples.

Choose examples that show how your business works and define what a good result looks like.

The biggest risk with AI is not the technology. It is spending six months building something that does not move the business. A short, focused strategy engagement prevents that.

What we do

We map where AI can realistically create value across your products and operations, test each idea against your data and your constraints, and turn the result into a sequenced, costed roadmap your team can execute. You come out knowing what to build first, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

How it runs

Workshops with the people who do the work. Not only leadership. The operators who know where the hours go. The best opportunities are usually inside workflows nobody has looked at in years.

A data reality check. Every AI idea is a data question underneath. We audit what exists, where it lives, what it would take to use, and which ideas fail on contact with it. Better to learn that in week one than in month four. Why AI projects fail is largely a list of what this step catches.

Feasibility and sizing. For each idea that survives: the accuracy that is achievable, what it costs to build and run, what the payback looks like, and the technical, organisational and regulatory risks.

The roadmap. A written, prioritised plan. Quick wins first, dependencies mapped, each item costed and sized, with a clear build-or-buy call. It is written to be executed by whoever you choose: us, your team or another vendor. If that choice is the open question, we wrote a guide to in-house versus agency.

What you take away

A document your CTO and your CFO can both act on. The top opportunities ranked by value and feasibility. The data work each one needs. Cost ranges consistent with our public cost guide. A plan for the first ninety days. The test we hold it to is simple: can you make funding decisions with it?

Why a small team of builders

Because every recommendation is written by people who would be happy to build it. That filters out advice that sounds good and fails in production. And because we are small, you work with the senior people rather than a pyramid.

Questions we get asked

Before you ask.

We are new to AI. Is this for us?

Especially so. A short strategy engagement saves months of building the wrong thing and gives leadership a clear, prioritised plan.

Will you also build it?

We can, and the strategy stands on its own. You are free to build with us, your team, or anyone else.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

Usually one to three weeks: a focused sprint of workshops, data review and analysis, ending in a written, costed roadmap. Not a months-long consulting residency.

What does AI consulting cost?

Focused strategy sprints usually run $5k to $20k, depending on the size of the business and the number of workflows in scope. It often pays for itself by killing one bad project.

What do we need to prepare?

Access to the people who own the workflows in scope, and straight answers about where your data lives. We handle the rest.

Is the advice vendor-neutral?

Yes. We have no reseller deals and no incentive to recommend building things. Several engagements have ended with ‘buy this off-the-shelf tool’ or ‘do not do this yet’. That is the report doing its job.
